Our Expertise
We are pleased to introduce ourselves as a Consulting firm promoted by Chemical Engineers from UICT, Mumbai handling projects for Agrochemicals, Bulk Drugs and allied industries for the last 24 years. We have been fully equipped to carry out the assignments using necessary software's for process/ mechanical designing and 3 D modelling for piping.
Process Improvements Done
We have sucessfully implemented Process improvement, debottlenecking in operating plants.Various improvements have been done and implemented to various our clients.
Initially Company was producing approximately 15 – 20 TPM of Pigments. With continuous efforts they are now manufacturing about 600 TPM of various grades of Pigments.

We changed the concept & reduced the flow of cooling water in condenser & increased outlet temperature to 60 degreeC, so that Pidilite could use it for their other process, saving steam for heating & reducing load on the cooling tower.

This company produces specialty chemicals using phenol. We studied their distillation facility for phenol recovery and suggested efficient cooling system. This reduced the cooling time and increased the recovery rate for phenol.
